Is this a pregnancy scan?
No. This is strictly a non-obstetric service — we don't perform pregnancy or fetal scans. This service covers pelvic, gynaecological, and breast ultrasound only.
Do I need a GP referral?
No referral is required. You can book directly and privately without waiting for a referral letter from your GP.
Will the scan be uncomfortable?
This can vary depending on the type of scan and the area being assessed. Discuss any concerns with the clinic when booking your appointment.
What happens if something is found?
The clinician can explain the findings and any appropriate next step following the assessment.
